Booking A Room Reservation
To book a reservation by phone, please call 1-833-612-1634 and select Option 2. Experienced agents are available 24/7 to help you find the best deal.
You can book a reservation for someone else given the hotel guest meets the minimum age requirements. We recommend that you contact the hotel to confirm the age requirements.
When you book a reservation through this site or one of our call centers, please provide the guest's name and contact phone number. The guest checking in must meet the minimum age requirements and will need a valid photo ID and a major credit card in the guest's name for incidentals.
Hotel properties do have minimum age restrictions to check-in to a room. It is the responsibility of the guest to confirm age restrictions directly with the hotel.
When booking on this site you have the option to select up to 8 rooms. 9 or more rooms is considered a group reservation. Please submit a group hotel quote request if you need to book 9 or more rooms.
Most hotels have maximum occupancy requirements based on bedding and room type. Where applicable, hotels will charge a nominal fee for additional guests. We recommend that you disclose the number of adults per room at time of booking to avoid unexpected charges at check-in.

Reservation Payment
We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
All reservations booked on this site or through our call center is considered a prepaid purchase. Your credit card is charged in full for the amount due at the time of booking.
Based on the hotel and the room rate booked there could be additional charges due at the hotel, which will be disclosed at time of booking and are referenced on the booking confirmation we send to you. Upon check-in you will be asked to provide a credit card for incidentals and any additional charges that may apply.
To protect your card from unauthorized use we use the highest standard of digital information security to protect you and your personal information.
After Booking and Before Check-In

The hotel will have access to your reservation between 24 to 48 hours prior to check-in. If the hotel is unable to locate your reservation at check-in, please let us handle this for you by calling our customer support team at 1-833-612-1634 inside the U.S.

If there are issues with cleanliness and hygiene in your room, please take pictures of the offense and seek assistance with the hotel front desk. If they are unable to resolve your issue directly, please call customer support at 1-833-612-1634 and select Option 1.

The cancel policy for your reservation is detailed within your email confirmation and includes any fees that may apply based on the rate booked and date cancelled. There is no refund on early checkout or cancellation of a non-refundable reservation.

Hotel Rates Offered Through This Site
All rates are per night, excluding any fees, taxes and surcharges imposed by the hotel, and are based on double occupancy per room unless otherwise specified.
When selecting a room, we recommend that you carefully review the description and rate rules to make sure it can accommodate your entire party. Additional adults or children above the stated occupancy for a room may be subject to additional charges at the hotel’s discretion and may require special identification at time of check-in.

In fact, we guarantee our Special Internet Rates are the lowest you will find, and we offer a Best Rate Guarantee to all customers who book with Reservations Center. To secure your reservation at the lowest rate possible we recommend that you book early as these special rates are among the first to be taken.
We guarantee that if you find a lower qualifying rate for the same accommodation and room type within 24 hours of booking, we will either, or at our option, refund the difference between what you paid and the lower rate, or refund the reservation with no penalties excluding non-refundable reservations.
A qualifying rate is a rate from another US based travel web site that satisfies the Terms of Use of booking, as determined by Reservations Center. You must have booked and prepaid for a reservation on the Site and request the guarantee within 24 hours of booking and before the cancellation deadline. This guarantee applies to the rate before any taxes or fees. The rate must be available within 24 hours of booking for the same hotel, type of room, dates of travel, and number of guests. Other details of the booking must be the same. Rates that are only available by auction, bidding, special membership, or by error or mistake do not qualify.
To request the Guarantee within 24 hours of booking and at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date, call 1-800-468-3578 and select Option 1 inside the U.S. Please have your evidence of a lower qualifying rate available so as not to delay the processing of your guarantee. The lower rate must be available for booking at the time you contact us, as determined by our customer service representatives.
