Haven Inn
Located in Barrow Haven in the quiet countryside, the haven inn was built in 1730 as a coaching inn for travelers using the nearby ferry, On 5th October 1541 Henry VIII conducted a visit with the privy council reaching Barrow Haven by water, no ghosts just some creaky floorboards. Barrow Haven Railway Station is only 500 yards from the Inn. We feature a Restaurant, Lounge and Bar with traditional beamed ceilings, Function room and accommodations for any traveler, a garden to the left of the building, and a generous stone car park, suitable for Car or Campervan. At our Inn, the rooms are fitted with Dressing table/desk, Flat Screen TV (not the biggest), private bathroom (some awaiting to be refurbished) Linen, towels, Tea & coffee tray. A full English Breakfast menu is available every morning, including Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten Free available upon request. Lunch and dinner options of home-cooked traditional meals, with a wide choice of lagers and hand pulled beers including timothy Taylors and a selection of fine wines, soft drinks and low/nonalcoholic drinks.
